Booking Conditions

Bookings for Baulking Dog Field can be made online and are limited to one booking per time slot, ensuring that you have exclusive use of the field for the hire period.
By making a booking you confirm that you, and any others accompanying you, have read and accepted our Field Rules and Privacy Policy.
Successful booking will be displayed on your screen after payment has been made, and you should also receive a confirmation email (please ensure you enter your correct email address and check spam folders if not received in your inbox).
Bookings can be amended up to 48 hours before the start of your hire session by calling Sarah on 07775 581403.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of your hire session to receive a full refund. To cancel, please call Sarah on 07775 581403. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time are not eligible for a refund.
There may be times when we have to unexpectedly close the field. This may be due to weather conditions, hazardous conditions, maintenance in the field, or other situations beyond our control. In this instance, we will contact you directly and offer an alternative session or a refund.
Please ensure that all contact details you submit at the time of booking are correct so that we are able to contact you if necessary.
Card payments are processed through Stripe with card details entered directly onto Stripe’s secure servers from within this page. Baulking Dog Field does not have access to, and does not store, any card details.

Booking Accepted

IMPORTANT: Thank you for your booking – it has been accepted. The gate code is 6392 - please make a note of this. A confirmation email has been sent to you. However, some customers have reported not receiving their confirmation email, even in their spam or junk folders (specifically hotmail and btinternet) although our system confirms emails have been delivered to those servers.
